Log a Support Call You can log support calls directly to our Support Team via Supportworks. Once you have logged a call you can track it's progress in the Call Diary and also add updates. Users outside of the Mears Network will need to submit their request using an online form. Your request will then be sent to the support team who will log your call into Supportworks. Select one of the following options. You can continue to log calls by phone on 08702 405085 - Select Option 1 for all MCM.Net, MEPOS, CareManager, Cube and Intranet enquiries and Option 2 for all other enquiries. |
